Deborah Wright, owner of Wright Way designs, was the first female apprentice upholsterer in the State of California. During her apprenticeship, she studied under several local "old world" craftsmen throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Deborah received her certification as a furniture upholsterer in 1975, and has been designing and manufacturing soft goods in residential, commercial and marine industries ever since.
