BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder of Verhuisdieren.nl. We match second-chance pets online with a new owner that fits their needs. In this way, we prevent the pets end up in a shelter.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire World of Ethics, and what were your goals?

Because Verhuisdieren has a very good name and many people like to support our mission as a non-profit organization, we decided to start a spared webshop with merchandise.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I worked with World of Ethics before as a graphic designer. Because I had a very good experience that time and I decided to work with him again. He has excellent design and strategic skills.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, he came up with his first idea. It became a final idea because the first designs were spot on.

I was in direct contact with World of Ethics. In this way, we had short lines and made fast decisions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching, we had a lot of positive comments about our beautiful webshop. The people loved the design and our products. In the first months, we were in the 4% best-selling Shopify webshops that started simultaneously.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

I really appreciate the way he is involved in the project and our mission. He chose the clients which he also supports with his heart. This gives a special dimension to his work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is/was such a pleasure to work with World of Ethics. Besides the fact that he is an excellent designer, he is also strategically very strong. I could not have wished for a better package while building a webshop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything at this moment. He takes a lot of time for his clients. It feels very supportive, especially when you have never had a webshop before like me.
