Workwolf® is a Recruiting as a Service company for organisations that hire at volume. We replace the traditional agency model with a process our team runs on your behalf, combining human recruiters with proprietary AI and psychometric assessment.

The recruiting industry has worked the same way for decades. Agencies charge 15% to 25% of salary, rely on judgment and keyword searches, and move on when a hire does not work out. The employer absorbs the cost and starts again, with no visibility into how the decision was made.

How the service works

You send us a requisition. We source and screen applicants, verify their credentials against the issuing source, and assess them against a benchmark built from the people already performing well in that role. You receive a shortlist with the reasoning attached: resume fit, verified credentials, and a performance profile for every candidate.

Where it matters most

Front-line hiring at 40 roles a month is a different problem from 5 hires a year. Standards that hold when one person applies them drift when 12 managers apply them under deadline pressure. Because the process runs outside your team, a short staffed location does not change whether verification happens or whether interviewed candidates hear back.
