I'm the owner of Fahahu, a construction company. We provide free online calculators and digital tools that help users quickly perform construction, home improvement, and everyday calculations.

What challenge were you trying to address with Work With Abbas?

We hired Work With Abbas to design and develop Fahahu from the ground up as a fast, user-friendly platform for online calculators and utility tools. Our main goals were to create an intuitive user experience, ensure strong performance across desktop and mobile devices, build an SEO-friendly structure for organic growth, and develop a scalable foundation that would allow us to continuously add new calculators and tools.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Work With Abbas handled the project from initial planning through design, development, and launch. The scope included defining the website structure, designing a responsive and user-friendly interface, developing Fahahu on WordPress, and building custom calculator functionality. The initial deliverables included calculators for concrete, flooring, paint, and gravel, along with supporting content and dedicated pages for each tool. They also handled mobile optimization, technical setup, on-page SEO structure, navigation, performance optimization, and overall usability. The platform was built with scalability in mind so we can continue adding new calculators, categories, and content as Fahahu grows.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project resulted in the successful launch of Fahahu with four fully functional construction calculators for concrete, flooring, paint, and gravel. The website was delivered with a responsive mobile experience, dedicated SEO-friendly pages for each tool, clear navigation, and a scalable WordPress structure. Most importantly, we now have a stable platform that allows us to continuously add new calculators and content as we grow our organic search presence.Since Fahahu is a newly launched platform, we are still in the early stages of collecting long-term traffic and SEO data. 
At launch, the platform went live with four fully functional calculator tools, dedicated SEO-optimized pages, mobile-responsive functionality, and a scalable site structure. Our initial focus was establishing the technical and SEO foundation needed for organic growth, and we are now monitoring traffic, rankings, and user engagement as the site gains search visibility.Early indicators have been positive. The calculators are functioning reliably across desktop and mobile devices, and users can complete calculations quickly without a complicated process. The site is also performing well from a usability and navigation perspective, with each tool accessible through a clear, dedicated page. While it is still early to evaluate long-term organic traffic and rankings, the technical performance, functionality, and overall user experience are aligned with the goals we set at the beginning of the project.

How did Work With Abbas perform from a project management standpoint?

Abbas (Founder) managed the project very well from start to finish. One of the biggest advantages of working with Work With Abbas was having direct communication with him throughout the entire project rather than being passed between different account managers or teams. He took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve with Fahahu, kept us informed about progress, and was very responsive whenever we had feedback or changes. His combination of technical knowledge and business understanding made the process straightforward, and he consistently focused on practical solutions rather than just completing tasks. The project was well organized, and the agreed deliverables were completed on time.We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was the direct, one-to-one involvement from Abbas throughout the project. We weren’t dealing with account managers or being passed between different teams; we worked directly with the person responsible for understanding and delivering the solution. Abbas stood out because he approached Fahahu from both a technical and business perspective. He didn’t simply build what we asked for—he challenged ideas when necessary, suggested better approaches, and thought about scalability, SEO, UX, and the long-term potential of the platform. That combination of direct access, technical expertise, and genuine business understanding made the experience very different from working with a typical development agency.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There wasn’t anything significant that negatively affected the project. If we had to identify one area for improvement, it would be providing more structured documentation at different stages of development as the platform evolved quickly. That said, Abbas was always available to explain decisions, answer questions, and make adjustments when needed, so it never became an issue for us.
