Woolf McClane has six attorneys (including five LL.M.s in tax law) who make up the tax and estate planning practice of the firm. The Business Section at Woolf McClane also has experience in a wide variety of other areas, such as asset protection, business organizations, e-commerce, contracts, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, employment practices, health care, landlord and tenant, probate, and tax exempt organizations.

The firm’s Litigation Section has a regional and national presence in the practice areas of toxic torts, environmental litigation, and products liability. The attorneys in our Litigation Section also represent clients locally, focusing on such areas as bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, class actions, commercial disputes, construction and surety matters, employment litigation, personal injury, and tax litigation.
