We were conducting Leadership seminar for the Ukrainian officers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them trough Google and after some coordination we chosen them.

Leadership seminar is 10 days long event with the several different leadership topics. Students did not speak and understand English language. W&L business consulting and translation was provider for the translation equipment and software. We had our own translators from Ukraine. The company provided perfect solutions for our providers, hence the translations went on without the interruptions. In case of problems they reacted very promptly and efficiently.

What was their cost structure like?

Cost structure was for us structured well and in our limits.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

NATO Leadership seminar was conducted under demanding conditions, concerning the efficiency of the translation. We successfully concluded the seminar with the support of the mentioned company. The students has shown better leadership in their armed forces under demanding and stressful conditions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Efficiency, Flexibility, open discussion about the problems, honesty and great cost benefit ratio.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could improve initial contact coordination.

We have hired them for services of simultaneous translation services on numerous languages on the project we were conducting with government and party officials (it was a 3-day seminar).

Their translation was excellent. All participants were satisfied with the result of their work.
