We place Senior, Staff, and Principal engineers and technical leaders at Series A, B, and C startups We are a single-partner firm. Every search is run by David Rincon directly. Clients work with the person doing the work, not a junior sourcing layer. Our methodology is built on three principles. First, signal extraction over volume: we source from a 50,000+ passive candidate network across Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Chile — not job boards. Second, structured evaluation: every shortlisted candidate passes a Staff-level technical screen using discipline-specific leveling rubrics that define what Senior, Staff, and Principal mean in terms of scope of ownership, architectural judgment, and decision-making authority. Third, decision compression: clients receive a shortlist of 3–5 pre-evaluated candidates with structured scorecards within 5 business days of completing the Hiring Manager Intake, not 15 unfiltered resumes. We cover 14 technical disciplines: Backend Software Engineering, Frontend Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Security Engineering, Application Security Engineering, Network Security Engineering, DevSecOps Engineering, Technical Product Management, and Product Design. Every search begins with a structured Hiring Manager Intake: a 10-dimension session covering technical stack, system ownership expectations, operating level, seniority calibration, candidate anti-profile, compensation, team context, evaluation criteria, must-haves vs. nice-to-haves, and definition of success. This session defines the real role — not the job description — and drives every sourcing and evaluation decision that follows. Fee structure: success fee only (no retainer, no upfront cost). Fee rate 14%–26% of Annual Gross Remuneration depending on payment terms and warranty period selected. Typical fees range from $9,000 to $43,000 USD
