    We follow a clear, structured process to keep every project on track and ensure clients always know what's happening next. It starts with a Discovery Call to understand your goals, brand and requirements. We then move into an Onboarding Call to align on timelines, access and next steps. From there, we design the Homepage first and present it for your Signoff before proceeding — this keeps early feedback focused and avoids rework. Once approved, we complete the Full Site design and go through a second Signoff to confirm everything looks and works as expected. We then hand off for review before finishing with a Go Live Call where we walk you through the launch together. Throughout the project, we manage tasks internally via ClickUp and keep client communication simple through email and WhatsApp.

    We take on a focused number of active projects at any one time to ensure every client receives the attention and quality they deserve. Our team of six means we can manage multiple projects in parallel without sacrificing responsiveness or delivery standards — but we never overextend. Every client gets a dedicated point of contact and direct access to the team via email and WhatsApp throughout the project.

    Once a new client is confirmed, we kick off with a dedicated Onboarding Call. This is where we cover everything needed to get started — gathering brand assets, logins, content and any design references. We align on the project timeline, key milestones and preferred communication channels. Clients are kept informed at every stage via email and WhatsApp, with clear signoff points built into the process so there are no surprises.
