As for the platform’s features, it was a web application that administered claims for health and dental expense refunds. It processed these claim forms and integrated them into an accounting platform.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Wispy Cloud Solutions Inc configured an e-benefit solution in Odoo. They created employee and admin portals, integrated accounting, and created reporting dashboards. They also provided training for end users and admins.

We saw increased client satisfaction with the program. Now, they can save and return to their claims, see past claims history, and have access to quick entry of multiple expenses. We also saw reduced processing time. Integration to the accounting was easier and faster. Processing payments and refunds was easier and faster and resulted in fewer errors with the integrations made by Wispy Cloud Solutions Inc. Overall, we cut processing time in half. Due to the way the system was designed, where processes were automated, claims processing errors were virtually eliminated.
