What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've been working with Kurt and Windsor Digital Marketing for about a year now and they've been an unbelievable partner. They have fundamentally changed the quality of our website traffic.

Prior to working together, we had tried working with a few different SEO specialists and there were always issues with service and quality of work. I decided to work with Kurt and Windsor Digital Marketing because I liked Kurt during our initial conversations, their rates were fair and I was impressed with their technical SEO knowledge and concise, informative writing style.

Pretty much from the start our traffic increased and after a couple of months we had started getting leads directly from SEO.

They were also able to pivot strategies fast during a particularly volatile period for SEO. We made a shift earlier this year from traffic focused top of funnel content strategies to PR and bottom of funnel content strategies and now we're getting more SEO and AI referral leads than ever before.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Windsor Digital Marketing could have done differently?

I've been very happy with their work. However, it would be great if they added a process for monthly or biweekly reporting. I would also add that they are purely copywriting and strategy. We do all creative and development, so you need somebody in house that can handle these things.
