I'm the founder of a 55-person data analysis software company.

We were in need of help building advanced integration examples with our software and other major tools in the industry. Winder.ai's team

SOLUTION

How did you select Winder.AI and what were the deciding factors?

Winder.ai are experts in the industry and have familiarity with many different machine learning and data processing tools in our space. One of our employees had worked with Winder.ai in the past as well and they came highly recommended.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Our goal was to have Winder.ai research the other tools we wanted to integrate with, create a comparison between our and theirs, explore integrations points and deliver an end-to-end example of both tools working nicely together. We broke the project into those 4 phases with frequent check-ins and occasional adjustments to the deliverables as we got deeper into technical development.

How many resources from the Winder.AI team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main point of contact was Phil Winder who was the SI and project lead. We only worked closely and regularly with the main developer on the project, Enrico.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All 3 of the projects we've worked on with Winder.ai have been successful and we've been happy with the final results/deliverables.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Most communication was done via Slack chat with a weekly checkin call to talk through any outstanding items and make adjustments where needed. Overall, communication was fine.

For Phil directly, he's pretty consistent checking in frequently and asking for clarification. Some of the his other development team members are not as consistent and timeliness of deliverables has a few challenges that we were eventually able to correct.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Winder.ai are top-tier experts in the machine learning and MLOps tools space. They have an incredible breadth of experience and work with clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 100 enterprises and so the range of challenges they can tackle is vast.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The team is amazing at what they do and can handle open-ended technical and business objectives. His development team isn't as independently capable, but still very good developers and so further scoping and coordination with Phil directly goes a long way.
