As "Enthusiastic Modernists" we try and provide buildings with a high level of utility and an architectural metaphor to reflect the inner function and purpose of the building on the exterior. We pride ourselves on pragmatic, no nonsense design solutions, We don’t believe that good design has to cost a lot of money. When it comes to residential design, we try to realize the essence of the house and execute this specifying the best craftsmanship available. We like spaces to flow one into the other and from inside to outside, we are in Southern California after all. On renovation project we also take great pride in the functional practicality and high utility of our projects by improving the performance of the envelope and bringing older homes up to present day standards.
