Wiki Proficiency was hired to develop and publish content for a medicine brand. The team was responsible for writing, editing, and publishing the client's Wikipedia entries.

The partnership had no measurable positive outcomes, much to the client's dismay. The team was uncooperative and unresponsive throughout the project, and internal stakeholders were particularly disappointed in Wiki Proficiency's lack of technical expertise.

There's no specific outcome we want to provide.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Never performed. They gave some feedback and I did all the work. They promised to write the content as it stated on their website. They then claimed they never promised that and tried to refer me to another writer not in house. They never shared their authors. They blamed me for non-performance and when requested for refund, they ignored all my requests.

Good website but no character to back it up with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wiki Proficiency could have done differently?

These guys are crooks! They take your money at a discount. Promise weekly to deliver and never do. I did all the work and they "gaslight" all the way until you give up. Protect yourself! You will have nothing to show for it. They don't answer the phone unless you are a new client or believe it is. All the people here talking about their thievery are telling the truth. The other Reviews are fake most likely.

Its not just they steal your money. They steal your time and rob your spirit. They never refunded! Their word doesn't deserve words. Tip for consumers; They claim to be Wikipedia experts, but don't know anything about Wikipedia. My recommendation is to not listen to their excuses for the negative reviews. If they have done it once, let alone twice, they will do it thrice.

Wiki Proficiency was hired to develop two wikis for a law firm. The client found the service provider online and worked with a group of 2–5 Wiki Proficiency teammates.

Although the client paid for two wikis, Wiki Proficiency did not complete either of them or provide a refund. The client felt that the service provider acted fraudulently and wasted their money. Communication was facilitated by email or messaging apps.

Beware I paid for 2 wiki pages and they failed to deliver on both. When it came time for a refund, I was given the run around for months. See below.
