I am HR Manager at nOps.io, cloud management for AWS and Azure. nOps is a real-time event-driven Cloud data platform. nOps allows companies to automate mitigation and recurrence of cost, security, governance, and compliance.
For what projects/services did your company hire Whitecollars?
Whitecollars provided us with ad-hoc recruitment and selection services to help us recruit and headhunt for top-tier IT positions e.g. AWS Solution Architects, DevOps Engineers, Project Managers, Product Owners, DevOps Practice Leads, Data Analyst, Director of Operations and other vacancies.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
Their previous work with IT services companies, reviews they got for other clients and amazing pricing model encouraged us to move to the next step, then after several interesting meetings, we came to the final decision to try their services which turned into long term project.

We used to share with them our hiring needs for IT and non-IT positions, give them the job descriptions, and they used to work on our needs accordingly by following their techniques to recruit and select the suitable candidates, delivering us a list of vetted and interviewed candidates who mostly fit 90% of the requirements. They used to share detailed feedback on each candidate and their insights were strongly helping us to take the decision.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
They assigned to us an expert Recruitment Consultant to be the project manager and the main focal point from their end.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Simply I can say that they have filled all the assigned positions with high calibres, they really helped us maintain our growth by injecting top-tier candidates into our company. They saved us a lot of the fees that we could have paid for regular agencies or internal recruiters.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It's very smooth and effective, we used to collaborate via different software such as Slack and Monday.com which helped us to have real-time updates and get instant replies to our messages. They were always available throughout the project and also during the scheduled interviews at our end.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The quality of their deliverables was unparalleled, and they were very organized and structured. Also, their cost was extremely unique compared to regular recruitment agencies, their rates saved us thousands of dollars if we were working with regular agencies.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I believe they are doing a great job, however, there's a room for improvement, if they could have assigned us more than one Recruitment Consultant we could have got faster results. But I can say that the assigned Recruitment Consultant was doing a great job and helped us to have a dedicated project manager.
