The project has not been launched yet, but we are fully on track with the agreed timeline and milestones. All interim goals have been met successfully, which gives us confidence in the final delivery.

Their project management has been excellent. They communicate clearly, keep us updated on progress, and deliver each milestone on time. They are very responsive to our needs and quick to adjust whenever feedback is given, which makes the collaboration smooth and reliable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impresses me most is their combination of technical expertise and proactive communication. They don’t just execute tasks, but also think along with us, suggest improvements, and bring creative solutions to the table. This makes them feel more like a partner than just a service provider.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Whereweup could have done differently?

So far, our collaboration has been very smooth, and we have not experienced any major issues. If anything, perhaps providing even more proactive updates at certain stages could make the process even stronger, but overall we are very satisfied with their work.

We hired Whereweup to build a custom bookkeeping platform for Molenaar Financial Services.

• Built a cloud-based system so we and our clients can access it anywhere
• Added AI to automatically categorize invoices, expenses, and receipts
• Created dashboards so clients can see their finances in real time
• Made a mobile app so clients can upload documents on the go

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Started on-boarding first clients. Changing bookkeeping software can be an obstacle for clients, but I'm quite satisfied with ease of transfer thus far. We're starting to realize time savings by standardizing to 1 bookkeeping software package, rather than specialize in multiple packages in parallel.

Happy with the transparancy and in particular great project management skills by Keidjan. The project took longer than initially expected, as we realized we needed more functionality than what we had specified initially. Thanks for the flexibility and thinking in solutions.

Overall, our experience with Whereweup was very positive. If we had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be to provide even more detailed documentation and user guides at the time of launch. While the team was always available to answer our questions, having more extensive written resources from the start would have made onboarding even smoother.
