I'm the founder and CEO of Arkchat Ltd., a generative AI-powered messaging platform that enables business teams to collaborate, manage operations, and connect globally with multilingual support, integrated task management, real-time analytics, and a built-in marketplace for lead generation and deal closure.

What challenge were you trying to address with WeWireframe?

We hired WeWireframe to improve the UX/UI of our Arkchat app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WeWireframe has been working on improving our core chat screens in terms of UX/UI. These are critical screens that can make or break Arkchat. The team has been working on typical user chat screens and an automatic flow to convert any message into a task or approval request.

We've been working with one teammate from WeWireframe.

We found them through an email. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget.

We started working with them in November 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've accepted the UX/UI changes suggested by WeWireframe and implemented them in Arkchat. We plan to measure user engagement and satisfaction to assess the impact of their work once we launch Arkchat in January 2026.

How did WeWireframe perform from a project management standpoint?

WeWireframe has delivered on time. Their project management has been decent, and their response time has been good. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

They could use a simple project management tool to give more transparency to clients like us.
