Westlake Consultants, Inc. provides a range of professional services to both private and public clients in the built environment. Headquartered in the Portland metro area, we provide civil engineering, land surveying, land use planning, industrial measurement, 3D laser scanning and construction management services. Our surveyors are licensed throughout the western US, and our engineering team is licensed in several states around the country. We are a federally-recognized small business, and as such, can meet the vendor diversity needs of corporate or public agency clients.
