Today the media landscape has somewhat changed with news and information being consumed in digital space - at on-line news portals; social media outlets; and even on mobile phone chat groups. There is a paradigm shift on the consumption of media - communication is no longer one-way as the public can now respond to a story, and share it with thousands of others at an instant. The reader is now also the creator! Our approach, though, has not changed - we still need to identify the problem and come up with the most effective solutions. It's the solutions that we come up with that has changed. The digital space is continuously evolving and getting more fragmented.
