We needed to tour a sublease for a client.

West, Lane & Schlager was responsible for brokering a sublease for an office space. We found the space on CoStar’s database and reached out to them to set up a time to tour the space.

We chose them because of their proximity to Washington, DC, as well as their general reputation. They’re really professional and thorough.

We worked together in December 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The deal did not work out; the client happened to take another space. It had nothing to do with West, Lane & Schlager or the space they showed us. Their team was timely and professional.

How did West, Lane & Schlager perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication was definitely effective, quick, and professional. We talked about once a week or so.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can’t think of anything off the top of my head.

No, I don’t think so.
