Stephan Werk is a Santa Monica, California native who grew up in the film and travel industry. After attending University of Colorado at Boulder’s film program, Stephan went on to work in Los Angeles, Napa Valley, CA and NYC.
Stephan primarily focuses on hotels, hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, travel and architecture. Blending his eye and passion for documentary journalism, Stephan’s commercial work takes a story telling approach to each branded shoot.
Outside of commercial photography, Stephan also directs and produces motion content with clients and brands across the country. Prior to launching Werk Creative in 2013, Stephan resided in New York City where he cut his teeth with top commercial photographers and video production companies.
