RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Welldone Tech delivered 75 story points, and all development tasks were visible in real time through their project dashboard. This reduced our communication overhead to a single weekly status call and saved our product manager around five hours per week that would otherwise have been spent on project coordination. The new dashboard and self-serve features made the platform easier for customers to use and reduced the need for manual support from our team. We also saw smoother onboarding for new users and a more efficient workflow for existing customers, making it easier to scale the platform as adoption grew. While we didn't track every product metric, we estimated that support requests related to routine platform operations decreased by around 20% after the self-serve features were introduced. Internal onboarding for new customers also became noticeably faster, as users could complete more tasks independently without assistance from our team. Based on our internal observations, onboarding became approximately 25% faster. The self-serve functionality reduced the amount of guidance required from our team, allowing new customers to get started more quickly and complete key setup steps on their own.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration. If there was one area for improvement, it would be scheduling meetings across different time zones, which occasionally required some flexibility from both sides. That said, the team was always accommodating and proactive in finding meeting times that worked for everyone, so it never became a significant issue.
