Briefly describe what your company does and your role there. 

We are a freight brokerage. We work with customers who need freight moved and we find them trucks that suit their needs. I work in accounting primarily. I am responsible for billing our customers, paying the trucks, and preparing all of the trucking company's information to go to the accountants.

What were your company's goals when you started looking for a partner?

We needed assistance with issuing 1099s as we work with thousands of different contractors in each tax year. They now handle payroll tax as well.
