We’re a life sciences company that buys and rents properties for clinical trials within the US and across the globe. We buy properties to build the computer network there ourselves. We work with different property management subcontractors.

We had to adhere to data privacy laws in the trials, so we could only work with preferred vendors, so we contacted Weichert Commercial Brokerage.

What is the team composition?

Weichert Commercial Brokerage’s team is spread out across different locations, and I’m responsible for the Pennsylvania area. I work with one manager and 4–5 team members.

Weichert Commercial Brokerage’s commission varies — we have lease terms ranging from 3–10 years.

We started in January 2011, and the partnership is ongoing.

We’re happy with the services that Weichert Commercial Brokerage provides. We have a longstanding collaboration with Weichert Commercial Brokerage. They know our requirements and privacy guidelines— we haven’t had any legal complaints in this sense.

We’re happy with the project management. We give Weichert Commercial Brokerage our requirements 1–2 days in advance, and they deliver everything on time.

Weichert Commercial Brokerage is determined and accomplishes our requirements very well.

They could give us video presentations for the properties.

When selling property, it’s important to follow a proper protocol.
