From the beginning, the team took ownership of both the UI/UX design and the technical development. They created a modern, intuitive user experience while also handling the backend architecture, API integrations, authentication systems, subscription management, and dashboard functionality. One of the biggest challenges was integrating multiple third-party APIs and ensuring everything worked reliably across different social media platforms. We also saw higher customer retention and repeat purchases thanks to the new client dashboard, while our internal team saved significant time through the automated order management and admin system.

While we don't track an exact retention percentage, we've seen a significant increase in repeat purchases since launching the new platform. The dedicated customer dashboard makes it much easier for clients to log in, manage existing orders, and purchase additional services, resulting in noticeably more returning customers compared to our previous website.

Based on our experience since launch, the automated order processing, customer dashboard, support system, and admin tools are saving our team an estimated 15–20 hours per week.
