I’m a project coordinator at VšĮ Namai visiems, a home services company. We help citizens affected by disabilities and seniors by providing care, shelter, and food.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our growth has been scalable due to automation, and we’ve had fewer client issues due to the self-service module. Our revenue increase has been directly enabled by scalability, which has been enabled by automation and better service. Our employees are now roughly 50% less busy with client issues.

How did Webrom perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re in constant communication and have delivered on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve had small issues after the project, which indicates that testing may not have been done as well as it could have been.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We wanted to create a page dedicated to our designed and manufactured product - Hardtop for pickups. As we manufacture everything under one roof, we wanted to make it look professional and have new leads come to a page, dedicated for one and specific thing.

As we took inspiration from other large brands, we wanted to have configurator as well, as it would work as a tool and a helping hand for us and customers communicating what they want and have free will to configure their own hardtop.

As we explained everything to WeBrom team, we can only say one thing - we've been heard. They promised and delivered, took our critique and made it into praise. All communication from the start to finish was fluent, minor hiccups here and there, but whole project was perfectly executed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Probably time, as the design progress was fast and accurate. When said "will be done tomorrow midday" it was done tomorrow midday

As I mentioned they delivered everything almost on time, of course some parts took more time than required and personal stuff happened, but overall everything was on time

How they don't just agree to everything that the customer says, but argue and give tips on what could be better from their perspective, also they check up if everything was going smoothly with the website, traffic and functionality

Don't have anything right now to say what could've been better, everything met our expectations
