• We hired Webnium Solutions Private Limited to stabilize and strengthen our website following a rebuild and hosting disruption. Our primary goals were to ensure reliable site performance, protect data ownership, and create a secure, scalable infrastructure to support our programs, events, and donation experience.
• In addition, we engaged them to improve the structure and clarity of key pages—particularly donations, programs, and events—so that users could navigate more easily and search engines could better understand and index our content.
• We also wanted to establish a stronger technical foundation for long-term growth, including improved hosting reliability, page performance, and alignment with our integrated platforms such as GiveButter and Salesforce.

Webium provided website stabilization and technical support following our site rebuild, including hosting guidance, performance optimization, and infrastructure improvements. Their work focused on strengthening site reliability, improving page structure for key areas such as donations, programs, and events, and ensuring a consistent user experience across devices.

They also supported front-end updates, including the development of a new facilitator page and implementation of program fee payment buttons, along with testing and deployment. In addition, they offered recommendations to improve SEO clarity and overall site organization to better support long-term growth.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in a more stable and reliable website, reducing the risk of downtime and disruption to key functions such as donations and program registrations. We also secured full ownership of our website, including content, data, and infrastructure, which was a critical milestone for long-term sustainability and risk reduction.

Internally, we established ClickUp as a centralized project management system to track the website rebuild, stabilization efforts, and ongoing support, improving visibility, accountability, and coordination across teams.

From a user experience standpoint, key pages—including donations, programs, and events—are now more clearly structured and easier to navigate, creating a more seamless experience for our community. New functionality, such as program fee payment buttons and the facilitator page, was successfully implemented and is now live and operational.

Webium managed the project in a structured and collaborative way, with clear communication throughout the engagement. They were responsive to our needs, open to feedback, and willing to adjust as priorities evolved especially as we navigated post-launch stabilization and shifting requirements.

They utilized an organized workflow and adapted well to our use of ClickUp as a central project management tool, which helped improve visibility into tasks, timelines, and deliverables on our end.

In terms of timelines, most deliverables were completed within a reasonable timeframe. As with many technical projects, there were moments where additional clarification or scope alignment was needed, which impacted timing slightly. However, the team remained communicative and worked to address questions and keep progress moving.

Overall, they were a reliable partner, responsive, collaborative, and committed to ensuring the project moved forward effectively.

 The vendor put the incorrect phone number on website and linked a voicemail message of my likeness, but the phone number does not belong to me or my business.

What was the scope of the vendor's involvement?
 I contracted with this vendor to revamp my website and in the end they assigned a phone number in another state in which I do not reside to someone who is not me.

I discovered that the vendor attempted to route my business to another person who is not me. I have attempted to contact them to fix the issue as this is identity fraud.

 Are there any areas for improvement?

Work on integrity instead of posting on my website a number that does not belong to me and routing my business to someone who is not me. This is identity fraud.

Do not engage or use their services.
