I’m the owner of Vadiaz, an IT company that provides comprehensive IT services, specializing in UNIX/Linux support, system administration, web development, cloud solutions, and technical education for businesses of all sizes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webmakom?

We needed help with a CRM and sales tool to automate IT services, sell, and resell products and licenses to leads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webmakom developed an AI-powered CRM for IT service providers that connects leads, quotations, payments, and customer onboarding in one workflow. Sales and delivery teams work from the same customer information. They can see what was agreed, what has been paid, and what remains to be completed when responsibility passes from one person to another.The CRM gets input automatically from a lot of channels, including calls and chats (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Chat, etc.) and automatically makes adjustments to projects or stages of sales. Webmakom also handled integrations with chat platforms, payment systems, and workflow automation.

How did you come to work with Webmakom?

They were referred to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings and good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–August 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The integrations started to work, messages started to be logged into the CRM, and financial documents started to be issued automatically. Overall, it saved us at least five days each month to manually issue invoices. Moreover, our conversion rate went up significantly; we closed twice as many deals.

How did Webmakom perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered exactly as agreed and on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We could ask them anything, and they would implement it.
