I am a marketer for an online thrift store.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webgig Team, and what were your goals?

We hired Webgig Team to design and develop our ecommerce store when the pandemic just started and they did a wonderful job and we retained them to continue to manage and maintain the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Found them on Google they had pretty good reviews and I knew one of the reviewers personally (a co-worker). When I contacted him he had only good things to say about the company.

This was a long time ago now. But the goal of the project was user-friendliness , speed optimization, conversing website. I believe they used WordPress but it was so unique and fast and I have never seen a WordPress site that fast.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with mostly 3 people at the time. The designer, Developer and project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been feature in a lot of news website all around Canada. Our checkout system conversion has improved by 30% since the last update in 2021.

There was communication at every step via emails, hangout, phone calls and the projects were always delivered in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication, patience, affordability and dedication
