I’m the digital marketing head at Digitalize the Globe, a marketing agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with WEBCrewl?

They built a website for my company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WEBCrewl built the website from scratch using PHP and HTML. Apart from that, they did SEO and graphic design. They said they would finish in 2–3 months, but their team was excellent, so they delivered in just one month.

Initially, I provided them with the concept, and they created some designs based on that. I worked closely with their team on keyword research. Right now, they’re also working on PPC and lead generation through Google and Facebook campaigns.

What is the team composition?

I worked with four people from their team, including two developers and two graphic designers.

How did you come to work with WEBCrewl?

When I was looking for someone to help us with development, I searched online and found Rahul (Head of Operations). He was also a friend of my cousin, and he told me he was a great developer. I called Rahul, and he suggested many things to me. I liked his ideas and gave the project to him.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve paid around $500 for SEO and web development.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in February 2021, and they finished the website in March 2021. Our partnership is still ongoing; they’ll provide website maintenance for one year.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In terms of ranking, we’re now in fourth place. Google updates the algorithms daily, so it might affect our ranking and website traffic. Sometimes we’re on the first page, and sometimes we’re on the second or third.

How did WEBCrewl perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered the website before the deadline and were able to do it within one month. So far, we haven’t used any project management tools, but whenever we need something regarding development or design, we call them. If there are any issues with the website, we can contact the development team directly, and they solve all our queries.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a great team for development and local SEO, as well as the capability to get local businesses on top. Their developers are highly qualified — they know how to build a website from scratch and use HTML, PHP, and WordPress. Their designers are really good as well. All in all, WEBCrewl is an outstanding company; they always give us their ideas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They don’t have anything to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communication is really important — it’s the key to a successful engagement. When it comes to project-related work, website, or marketing-related work, they have one person who’s great with communication. They explain everything properly and provide excellent suggestions and ideas. Overall, WEBCrewl can manage other products for other companies.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing SEO , our ranking improved a lot also we got few patients who told us they got to know about us online .

They managed very well and were always on time , i never noticed any slack till this time , we discuss every month about the plan and also if i need any change or help in between they immediately reply . we communicate through calling or email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

they worked very diligently with utmost professionalism. the team was very passionate and enthusiastic to deliver the project. they patiently listened and helped me to understand their plans though i am not too much well versed with digital marketing stuff.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

at present i dont feel like anything they need to improve , may be some more creative ideas will help me more in future . But i am really happy that i choose them looking forward.
