I’m the founder and CEO of a chronic illness wellness company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Worx LLC?

We hired them to help bring awareness to our new product for those with Lyme Disease called Beyond Lyme. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped with social media marketing including making a Facebook page and banner, and an Instagram account. They used Canva to design logos and font. They also referred me to other vendors for professional headshots and more. 

What is the team composition?

I just worked with Tricia (Owner). 

How did you come to work with Web Worx LLC?

I saw Tricia speak at a conference. I was really impressed with what she did, so I approached her after. She showed me some of her work, and she seemed like a great fit for the project. 

How much have you invested with them?

I think I invested about $700. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–April 2020. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I ran some logo options by my clients, and they responded very well. I was appreciative that Web Worx gave me multiple options in terms of design. The final product was outstanding. 

How did Web Worx LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed beautifully. Tricia always responded quickly to emails. We were able to collaborate seamlessly. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were easy to get along with and communicate with. They also made the process very easy for me. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

No. I’ve wasted a lot of money with the wrong people, but I had a great experience with Web Worx. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

Come with some ideas or sentiment of what you want to convey to your clients. However, let them run freely with the design aspect.
