So we worked on a few projects together, two of them were Shopify e-commerce websites and the third one was a Wordpress application where the user is able to subscribe to a certain service

We looked for a partner agency in our location, with good quality and reasonable price. Even though the price was slightly above our expectation, the quality of the delivery was awesome, so we definitely satisfied that we've met guys from web-systems

I can't describe one process we used across all projects. They all were a little bit different because clients were different. What was similar between projects is that they all were quite chaotic at some point. But I should say that the web-systems team delivered a great result despite all the chaos

we were worked with three developers and one project manager

the outcome for us was: - team management. It was great; we worked with Mila, I can highly recommend her - code quality. All three developers were quite good in what they did - meeting the deadlines. Same here, Mila managed developers' time, developers met their estimates, all was good

As I said, Mila was our PM. She handled:

• task tracking
• time tracking
• all communication

Guys tracking tasks in Bitrix, which was not very convenient for us, so we asked to have daily text updates from Mila, and she made them. Sometimes we opened bitrix to check statuses/requirements, but not very often. We used skype and slack as our main messengers

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team met their deadlines. I didn't think anyone in software development met their deadlines, but these guys did.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so, I highly satisfied

They are using test environment, make all necessary tasks there and after checking "push" the project into stable server. Also, absolutely free manager setup for me corporate email and domain zone.

Guys worked with us on two separate projects at the same time. One for us like a company, and one for our own client as a team. For us they did a website and for the client they did a web store. The whole working process was on point, everything went smoothly and and according to the plan they created at the beginning.
