Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I surely can say that they created the best ever website in the niche and the customer expernece was much higher than our competitors. SEO was just awesom our website ranked in almost 1000+ words in 6 months. Gained 30K+ vistors in first 4 months. Graphics was also good. YouTube work is very professional.

They used Trello and Slack and added one of our team to check the details of the ongoing project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most impressive is that they never worked for our competitors. They take our business as their own, providing suggestions for improvement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yeah, Sometimes we have different needs changes according to customer requirements and we let them know to change, although they changed them ASAP.
