For what projects/services did your company hire Web Design Korea, and what were your goals?

Our website bacame out dated. When Covid hit we had to diversify our business and focus more towards online sales. The guys at Web Design built us a fully functioning ecommerce store both in English and Korean language.

Now our frozen meat products are being shipped all over Korea and everything is easy to manage online. We were coached on various strategic digital marketing strategies to attract new customers to our site as well marketing specials we run weekly in store.

We were recommended to use them by others in the industry. Their competitive pricing and hand on expertise were deciding factors in choosing them.

We met up to discuss how to take our website to the next level. Key dates were setup to manage the project via their user friendly onilne platform.

We had four different personnel helping us in different areas of the site.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our sales have jumped by over 100%. Customers love the ease of use of our site and the fact that they can pay online via their credit card is a huge plus.

We used Podium, and Kakao Talk to relay important information. Emails were exchanged at first but once we were setup they proceeded through Kakao Talk to update us on every day solutions and advice.
