We were building a software platform for a healthcare company that would be HIPPA compliant. Our customer wanted this platform to go to market as soon as possible. WeAreQA team helped us to make it real.

It was a referral recommendation. After the interview we chose WeAreQA as they know how the healthcare industry works. They know all the details on how to make the automation services properly.

They redesigned outdated test cases, created new test scenarios - each for new features and made A/B tests. The platform started to work properly.

We worked with 3 testers and 1 team lead.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Built test case alignment process, effective time-to-market for the platform. Also it reduced tests feedback time. And the most important - there was a reduced amount of failures on production.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had quite a tough schedule because our customer needed to launch the platform as soon as possible. We worked sprint by sprint divided by scope of tasks. Slack, GitHub and many more tools were used.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have testing and automation experience in healthcare. Also they suggested A/B tests and scenarios for each specific case that gave us a lot of alternatives and solutions.

Through rigorous software testing, the product demonstrates increased reliability, minimizing the occurrence of bugs and errors. Also successful software testing ensured a smooth user experience, leading to higher satisfaction levels among end-users. By identifying and addressing potential issues early on, the project experiences lower maintenance costs associated with fixing bugs and making updates post-deployment.
