    We start with an AI Discovery - a short diagnostic of your goals, data, and highest-impact use cases. From there we propose a roadmap with clear decision gates, so you validate value before committing to scale. Most engagements begin with Discovery, a Proof of Concept, or AI Advisory.

    One team, one point of accountability. We work inside your tools (Microsoft Teams, email) and report against agreed success metrics, not activity. For larger programs we provide an ROI dashboard tracking adoption, time saved, and pipeline in real time.

    Business outcomes, not licenses or hours. We define a target and a minimum success threshold up front - adoption rate, lead-time reduction, or process automation - and measure against them. Examples: 88% active adoption, RFQ lead time cut from 5-7 days to ~2 days, 12% to 90% assistant adoption.
