We regularly need people to join us. So this new people and WeRecruIT is key for us. They do present (good) new people so we can evaluate them and hire them. They simplify our selection process.

They sent various CVs corresponding to new candidates. All of them are were previously interviewed by WeRecuIT, so we know the basics are "already aligned" with us and our project. Success means we hire them or we have them "athand" for new projects to come.

Yes, every time they find a suitable candidate they send their CV and if we see he/she can be a good assed they proceed by creating a first virtual meet so we can start our process. They responded promptly to our messages no matter if it is mail, whatsapp or slack! :)
