I’m a marketing specialist at Wolt Technologies Kazakhstan, a delivery service that connects customers with local restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers through its app.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire WE Media Group to accomplish for Wolt Kazakhstan?

We hired WE Media Group to promote Wolt Kazakhstan’s local marketing campaigns to attract customers to place orders through the Wolt app, increase app engagement, and increase brand awareness in Kazakhstan.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WE Media Group has been responsible for media placements for Wolt Kazakhstan’s local marketing campaigns across our public channels, including our Instagram page, website, YouTube, and other channels. The team has also created content for these media placements.

WE Media Group reached out to me. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, good value for cost, and company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WE Media Group has completed media placements across their public channels, including their Instagram page, website, and YouTube channels. Success has been shown through published campaign materials, audience reach and visibility, and engagement with the content such as views, likes, comments, shares, or clicks.

One of the smaller projects we’ve completed together has delivered strong measurable results, generating approximately 16,000 views, 390 likes, and 21 comments, with a positive engagement rate.

There haven’t been any major noticeable changes in app downloads or orders that could be directly attributed to this specific project, as it’s a smaller campaign mainly focused on increasing positive brand awareness. The key outcome has been improved visibility and engagement with the Wolt brand among the local audience, rather than direct performance metrics such as downloads or order growth.

How did WE Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?

WE Media Group is always on time and has a very structured and pleasant communication. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

WE Media Group’s local audience reach and understanding of the Kazakhstan market are impressive. Their platforms have allowed us to communicate Wolt’s campaign messages in a relevant and accessible way, helping us build positive brand awareness and engagement rather than focusing only on direct sales results.
