We worked with designers from Ways to build our website, for information security and compliance consulting. They did the user research, checked out our competitors, and helped us shape content that made sense for people who were not experts in our field, that was our expectation. They created brand identity which feels professional and credible, provided a guidelines pdf and deliverables for print and presentation. We also launched LinkedIn presence based on the content and visuals Ways produced.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website engagement, time on site increased. Social Media presence was launched and can be maintained now consistently. Our preparation for participation in expos and professional events is now more efficient.

LinkedIn campaigns delivered min. 10 prospects/week via lead magnets and direct messaging.

Yes absolutely. Their communication was friendly and transparent. When we had comments and requests they were all fulfilled. Their designer also gave some valuable suggestions  on how to structure text on webpages.
