Waveform Music

Bob is a recording engineer, vocalist and owner of Waveform Music in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. He studied music and electrical engineering at Iowa State, singing for Dr. Jeffery Prater and touring Germany for the JCF Bach Festival. Bob’s ear training led to music mixing, logging over 25 years at the console. Along the way he helped build airplanes for Boeing and guidance systems for John Deere, but they were just preludes to designing Waveform Music. Bob is a charter member of Vox Infinitus, an award-winning Midwest men’s choir. Bob’s studio is as comfortable as it is capable, featuring versatile performance rooms and a clinically accurate control room. It reflects his favorite passion, helping artists reach their next level.
