What challenge were you trying to address with Washington DC Headshots?

As a rapidly growing startup, we’ve needed additional headshots for new teammates. We hired Kristina Sherk to do the shoot for our most recent hires.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve hired them a few times as the size of our team increases. Kristina and her assistant come to office on the scheduled day. They set up and take each individual's headshot. She then edits and retouches each photograph before delivering the final images a couple of weeks later.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in September 2016 and the partnership is ongoing. Our team plans to hire them again when we need more headshots.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everyone has been thrilled. During the shoots, Kristina makes a big effort to get the best possible photograph by leveraging different positions and options. My colleagues have been very pleased with the experience. That we continually hire Kristina is a testament to the quality of her work and service.

Kristina is a pleasure to work with. Her responsive service makes each shoot a fun and stress-free process. I email Kristina or set up a phone call when we need her services. She returns the final photographs via email or Dropbox in a timely manner.

Kristina has a great attitude. She strives to provide the best customer experience possible. Without a doubt, Kristina’s strong communication skills set her apart.

Clients should be clear about what they want from her team. For example, providing insight into where the photos will be displayed and how they should look is helpful for her team. No matter the specifications, Kristina will do a great job.
