Larry Walsh founded the company in 1999 when he recognized a need for a resourceful, energetic and state-of-the-art firm that specializes in land development projects for San Diego County. Our staff of highly trained and experienced engineers, surveyors and technicians are supported with state-of-the-art equipment to get the jobs done well and on time.
We want our clients to look at every stage of their land development project and know they have selected the best firm for the job. We achieve this by making quality plans, adopting a sense of urgency, and taking a proactive role in all of our projects. Each member of our staff takes personal ownership in the success of their projects. Every day we strive to build our reputation on integrity, communication, and creative solutions.
