• Identify the visual narrative that will best accompany the message themes identified in partnership with the Wakefield team.
• Audio narrative must demonstrate the heart as well as the professionalism that CTRS carries into each and every engagement. 
• Clearly communicates why CTRS matters and is emotionally compelling.
• Develop Brand Essence, including the positioning statement and messaging for video stories that embody the CTRS brand. 

Key Deliverables: 3 videos, between 60 to 120 seconds.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Wakefield Agency delivered 3 videos, between 60 to 120 seconds, and hit the nail on the head for all the key elements we needed. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with all three videos from conception to storyboarding to final creation. The videos delivered were very high quality production and we've used them in our marketing, on our social media (Linkedin) and our website. This was our ultimate goal and Wakefield delivered.

The Wakefield team was very organized in their project management of the three videos. They have a clear process which they communicated with us at the start of the project. They delivered on time, in one instance we were the hold up and they came back to us in a reasonable time going above and beyond what we asked. They are very responsive, respectful, professional and enjoyable to work with.

The Wakefield team led with their values and demonstrated integrity, curiosity, and a desire to capture the unique story of our brand. They have a very high bar on everything they deliver, including the experience of working with them.

We had never had video work done before, but we understood the power of storytelling + video. The team at Wakefield was given a very broad creative brief and a lot of information on our values and mission plus what we actually do. They scoped out a story for us, suggested video formats that would suit the story and executed on the creatives. They produced three videos for us including a set of testimonials, an explainer video and a promotional video.

We got a lot of excellent feedback on the resulting videos and were very happy with the results. The videos are professional, look great and do a great job of telling a story about who we are.

They work diligently on a schedule established at the project's beginning—lots of communication from their team. They delivered the work on time and responded quickly when we needed to see changes to some of the content.
