I’m a managing director at Neumáticos Verona, an automotive company. We sell tires and offer mechanical solutions to improve our customers’ mobility.

We needed help developing our digital channel.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WAIA developed our e-commerce store and created a bot to increase our online sales through different AI tools. The team was responsible for the store’s design, payment integration, and shipping. WAIA also trained our staff and implemented an AI agent.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WAIA’s work resulted in a sales increase; we used to sell very little, and now we sell more than 10,000 units per month. We also saw a cost reduction, as we now pay 50% less than we used to pay in a physical branch.

How did WAIA perform from a project management standpoint?

WAIA delivered on time and was efficient. The project lasted a long time, and the team always responded to problems. We communicated in person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

WAIA’s problem-solving skills were impressive. The team always appeared when we had challenges and had the ability to turn them into benefits, which gave us a great experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would have been great if WAIA had traveled with us to know the industry faster.

They lied with their "timeline approximation". Lied about the progress of the project. Lied about deliverables. Lied about the "budget" estimation, the owner "estimated" a budget which was completely made-up.

They are awful. The owner is a disgrace, unbelieaveble they continue to get projects.

They should be sued.
