Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The key deliverable in this project was a 3D video (created in Unreal Engine) consisting of 3 parts, which served as a background for our client's event. It was a futuristic concept we worked on together with Vsesvit. Unreal Engine allowed us to be more flexible about the video, camera movement, rendering in real time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Our client was happy with the result, and I was also satisfied with the format and speed of communication. 
• We had more iterations than clients usually have (that was a pleasant surprise). 
• During the first animation tests, we checked the lightning and color profile, which worked well, and the Vsesvit team was responsive enough to be ready to make any adjustments after those first test (which is very important as for the graphics for the event).

• We had more iterations than planned.
• The result was delivered on time.
• Sometimes the team was working during the nights and we had a late morning (4-5AM) chats before the event, to make sure that everything goes perfect.

vsesvit.io demonstrated impressive readiness to work until a great result was achieved, responsiveness, and patience. Especially working with me and my team as a partner studio, having the final client, and having 2 rounds of approval: with me and with the final client.
