Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The data collection desktop application is a software designed to interface with mobile mapping hardware and sensor arrays to acquire, process, and save data sets for future consumption by machine learning/inference platforms as well as geospatial processing workflows. The application is designed to facilitate the capture of roadside asset information for use in condition assessment tools.

Functionally, the data collection application serves as the interface for starting and stopping the data collection process for an Ouster LiDAR sensor, a Movella XSENS 680G GNSS/IMU, and 2-4 Lucid Vision Labs industrial cameras. The software should have a user-friendly interface where drivers can easily control and visualize sensor information, trigger sensor recording/data collection, and export completed recording batches.

Milestones: 1) integration of the GNSS/IMU data collection process, 2) integration of the industrial camera data collection process, 3) integration of the LiDAR data collection process

Completion of integration milestones, w/ successful benchmark testing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

vResolv's unique experience in a very niche but important field, specifically software design and development for specific embedded applications and sensor/hardware integration is what made their offering so valuable. Their experience with taking a variety of different hardware SDKs an integrating them into a human machine interface software (HMI) was critical to my overall project success and allowed me to focus on physical hardware configuration and integration. Their expertise and optimization of data also proved useful as the sensor array integrated in this application generate enough data to saturated 10 gigabit link.

Are there any areas for improvement or something vResolv LLC could have done differently?

No negative or constructive feedback on this one, vResolv LLC's performance was excellent.

I'm the director of AMCO Security, a company that provides advanced electronic security solutions for homes and businesses. We specialize in monitored alarms and AI-powered CCTV systems.

What challenge were you trying to address with vResolv LLC?

We needed help to build a custom electronics PCB using Raspberry Pi.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

vResolv LLC designed, built, and tested a production-scale PCB for a specific security system for use in the UK. The PCB included a Raspberry Pi 4 and a 4G mobile unit.

We worked with five teammates from vResolv LLC.

I found vResolv LLC via Upwork. I was impressed by Aadil, the founder and CEO, and the team. They did a test project for me, and we progressed into an 18-month contract.

We worked together from January 2024–July 2025.

vResolv LLC delivered a production-ready PCB to our clients, and it works. It's a future-proof solution that's modern and delivers the best for our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

vResolv LLC developed a video object analysis module that could extract key people and objects and set context. The team also worked on entity relationship analysis between people and objects.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with vResolv LLC in January 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

vResolv LLC delivered a proof of concept that met our requirements. The product worked well enough to proceed to the second module.

vResolv LLC met deadlines and was timely, professional, and communicative. We communicated via Microsoft Teams.

vResolv LLC’s expertise in computer vision and data-related pipelines was impressive.
