Reputation. I have seen their ratings on google and other platforms.

I thought I am doing a good job with my ecommerce store. One of my friends said the site I own has more potential and he suggested me to hire Voy Media. I hired them in the last September and started seeing a big jump of traffic and conversion in the same month. They come up with a plan/strategy and what it is going to cost me every month.

I agreed what they said and paid upfront. They started the work on the same day which is good.

I talked with Mr Kevin, I believe he is CEO of Voy Media.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We noticed a big jump in September month itself. Like 200K traffic within a week and 6% high conversion rate. Right now it;s over 3M traffic and above 40% new conversion.(as i seen google analytics this is coming purely from ads done by Voy)

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

A+ communication. They're in touch and updated everything through email. Also weekly once we talked over phone to get to know the status.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They know what they are doing, and the targeted ads made all the difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe Skype Call / Conversation would be much better as I everyday use this messaging app. Just a suggestion guys!
