Some great outcomes from the projects we’ve worked with them. Some of our best packagings were designed by their team.

Great process of work. Meetings are conducted over proper intervals with good amount of progress made between each. The team is very flexible and communicate with what the client is comfortable with and available to.

They don’t give up until you’re satisfied or get the result what you want. If something is not working they quickly change the route to come to the desired outcome.

At the moment we have no complaints.

The aesthetics, design, and creatives that they design for are really good. They also did a good job of including insights from other competitive platforms. The bottom line is, they did quality work on time and budget.

They are very accessible and very proactive about staying in contact. Their team stays on top of all deadlines and communicates very openly. Throughout the project, it was always very clear that we were being taken seriously and that we were important clients to them, which we really appreciated.

In the last couple of years that I've been in business, I've had many occasions to engage the services of 'graphic designers'. I've come to discover that while many people claim to be 'graphic designers', 'graphic artists', 'digital designers' etc., very few can deliver the goods. They either have an abundance of creativity but don't have the technical skill to execute their / your vision, or they have all the skill in the world but are sorely lacking in imagination.

Then, there's Vowels. I had the good fortune to discover their website and after tearing through it at least three times and being increasingly impressed with their portfolio each time, I decided to contact them. To start, they had scheduled a discovery session with the key members of our team. We had an extensive meeting where we had discussed several aspects of our company: our vision, core values, how we perceived ourselves, our ideal customer persona and how we would like them to view us. This was a very critical part of their whole work, as it helped us rediscover ourselves.

They had us rethink several ideologies and helped align our company in the right direction. Post this exchange, we were presented with couple of directions in terms of the design, and we had picked one from them. Their final deliverables were a new logo design, guidelines for logo color and font usage, and stationery design.
