Vongeyer Consulting

VonGeyer Consulting is an Instructional Design House: a woman-owned learning design and development company where the same team that scopes a project designs it, builds it, and quality-checks it - with no handovers between phases. Founded in 2021 and based in Pune, India, we work as a fully remote team, delivering custom eLearning, instructional design, and managed learning services to clients across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.

Our team is 75% women, led by instructional designers with a combined seven decades of L&D experience. We work two ways: custom learning design and development for standalone projects, and managed instructional design services - dedicated, named designers embedded with an in-house L&D team on retainer. Every deliverable is built by instructional designers directly, never handed off to freelancers or an offshore production line.

Recent work includes rebuilding a 90-hour US real-estate licensure course as an audio-first learning program in five months, redesigned around learners who studied primarily in their cars. We don't build off-the-shelf or templated courseware - every engagement starts from the learner's actual context, not a catalogue.
