We needed to give order to our customer experience area through CRM and AI agent implementation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Volto has implemented an AI agent and given order to the whole process. The team has also provided basic training and 24/7 support.

Volto was referred to me.

We started working with them in November 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Volto’s work has resulted in a much faster and better response to our clients and fewer problems in the process. Before we introduced the AI agent, the average response time was around 10 hours. Now, all the new messages are responded to automatically. Moreover, due to this better time response and the solvency of the AI agent, we’ve increased the conversion rate of all our incoming leads.

How did Volto perform from a project management standpoint?

Volto has delivered on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Volto’s predisposition and resolution are impressive.
