I hired them to solve my SMS marketing needs to get more customers for my business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vodacom does SMS marketing for us; I give them the leads, and they take care of the rest. In addition to that, they also provide call center training services and offer training for the project.

What is the team composition?

I've worked with a developer, an SMS marketing specialist, and the head of the call center.

How did you come to work with Vodacom?

A colleague referred them to me.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $1,500 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the engagement in May 2021, and it's still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I've been getting a lot of customers since I started working with them — since last year, I've received around 200,000 calls thanks to their work. I've also increased my business awareness; people know who I am and what I do.

How did Vodacom perform from a project management standpoint?

They are good with project management, and we feel they're doing their best. Regarding tools and communication, we use Microsoft Teams, emails, phone calls, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility, cooperation, and delivery of things on time are outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve their range of products and widen their horizon by going to up country areas.

Provide them with enough support and cooperation to get the most out of the engagement.
